What are your shipping options and delivery times?

Orders ship Monday to Friday excluding US Federal holidays.

*Orders will arrive in 2 day if ordered before 1pm EST Mon-Fri. We do not offer this on weekends.

  • Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may be delayed.
    • Delivery to PO Boxes is not available (although can be used for billing addresses).
    • Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with a tracking information. Please also check your junk email. This email will have all your shipping information and ways to track your order.

Please note you will not get tracking information until your order is processed and shipped. There may be additional shipping delays due to high order volumes. 

How do I cancel an order?

Our goal at Pandora is process and ship orders quickly.  Once you have received your confirmation email, the order has already been sent for processing and cannot be adjusted or cancelled.  

You may return items that are unused and in original condition within 30 days of purchase. Damaged/defective items can only be returned by mail and cannot be returned or exchanged in-store. Last chance or Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. PANDORA Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable.

Due to additional quarantine measures around return shipments, please allow up to 10 business days, from the receipt of your return package, to process your returns. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please allow up to 5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your original payment method.

What return policy?

You may return items that are unused and in original condition within 30 days of purchase. See below on how to initiate a return via mail or in-store. All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment (excludes original shipping cost)*. Any items purchased between 11/1/21 – 12/25/21 are eligible for our extended holiday returns until 1/30/22 by mail or in store with receipt.


Please note that it takes 5-7 business days once the package is received by us to finalize the return and we will send an email once your return has been processed. Please also allow up to 5 business days for your bank to transfer the money back to your account.  


Damaged/defective items can only be returned by mail and cannot be returned or exchanged in-store. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Last chance or Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. PANDORA Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable. 

* Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. As of April 19, 2021 purchases made via Afterpay can be returned at participating Pandora stores and as of June 2,2021 purchases made via Klarna can be returned at participating Pandora Stores. Please contact your local your store to ensure they allow Afterpay & Klarna returns. Purchases using PayPal will be issued a gift card. 

What exchange policy?

Items in their unused and original condition purchased from Pandora US Online Store can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase in one of our store locations.  Pandora Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable.  Promotions, clearances, or sales may have modified terms and conditions. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept exchanges by mail. 

Exchange in store:
a. Find your nearest Pandora store at stores.pandora.net.
b. Bring original packing slip or email invoice along with merchandise you wish to exchange to the Pandora store.
c. Your original shipping cost is not considered for exchange and is not refundable.

For Store Closures please see below how to handle exchanges: 
a. Return original item via the enclosed return label and return form.
b. Go onto our website and select new size/style and purchase.
c. Your original shipping cost is not considered for exchange and is not refundable.

ow much time do returns take to be processed?

Returns by mail:

Returns will be processed to the original form of payment and will take up to 5 business days for the credit to be applied. Any Afterpay refunds will be handled through your Afterpay portal, for any questions on your Afterpay refunds please contact Afterpay directly.
